DIRECTIONS TO THE PROPERTY: Exit Highway 101 on Highway 246 in Buellton and go west towards Buellton. After about 9.3 miles you will see Campbell Road on the right (north) side of the highway. Keep going and after about another 1/2 mile you will see another Campbell road on the same side of the highway. This time make a right and turn and follow the road north. The pavement curves to the right, but a dirt road continues north and there is a sign saying "Santa Rita Road." Follow that road to the end and you will see the white gate pictured at the left.
