Directions to Our Main Office
We don't have a fancy real estate office. We spend too much money advertizing our listings. We work out of Kerry's guest house in Hope Ranch.
From Highway 101, exit at La Cumbre Road and go south (away from the mountains). The road curves and goes into the neighborhood called Hope Ranch. The name of the road changes to Las Palmas, but it is the same road. As you travel south, you will pass a golf course on your left, then you will see the first intersection with Via Rosita on your right. Pass that one and continue. You will then see the big athletic field for Laguna Blanca School on your left and the second intersection with Via Rosita on your right. Turn right, go past the first driveway on your left and park in the second driveway on your left. There is a little sign that says "977 Guest", and usually a red Jeep in one of the spots. You will then be looking at the gate in and the guest house directly in front of you. There are numerous times when we are out of the office showing property all at the same time, so please don't stop by without calling first.
